Based in Juno Beach, FL, the Director will partake in key business decisions, design overall strategy, mentor talent, and enhance corporate strategy processes. The role also involves coordinating quarterly strategy sessions, developing annual strategy presentations with the CEO, conducting financial analyses, and evaluating strategic initiatives using various quantitative methods.

Providing thought leadership and execution support on client assignments to craft strategy and then refocus an organization on making that strategy a reality Consulting with clients to identify, clarify, and solve problems critical to clients' strategic and operating success by developing insight, conducting independent analysis, and working with clients to assure assignment progress Developing conclusions and recommendations, writing reports, assisting in client presentations and providing implementation assistance as required Presenting to senior executives • Constructing the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment, and leading the problem solving associated Conducting both client and market development to grow the business Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications
