What You'll Do: Work as a resident-driven Dining Room Leader Support the dining team and assist with the development of open, close and serving duties Supervise the dining team and guide them in a direction of positive growth and development Speak with residents at meal service and handle their feedback by offering effective solutions to any issue that may arise.

What You'll Need: Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED Ability to read and write and communicate effectively Previous food service experience is preferred
