Digital Experience - App Strategy Manager

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Experience, the Digital Experience - App Strategy Manager, owns and drives forward the QVC & HSN App(s). The App Strategy Manager oversees all aspects of the app from an acquisition and retention perspective including voicing business needs for Next Gen App strategy, managing and executing In App Messaging and App Download Campaign strategies. This position analyzes and recaps platform performance on a weekly and monthly basis to determine effectiveness and help drive future strategy while also overseeing app platform testing capabilities.

Your Impact:

  • Lead and evolve the QVC & HSN App strategy driving overall performance, meeting KPIs, and delivering a differentiated user experience.
  • Act as a business lead for our NextGen experience in regards to app development and customer retention, partnering with IT, program managers, and marketing partners.
  • Own app acquisition marketing campaigns including the planning, execution and analysis review.
  • Drive in-app engagement and retention through strategic use of push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS campaigns, collaboration with platforms such as Localytics, and more.
  • Analyze overall app and campaign performance consistently using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Localytics, and Branch.
  • Manage and partner with our A/B testing team for optimization / testing efforts, including the ideation and implementation of testing efforts for continuous platform improvement.
  • Build cross functional relationship with key stakeholders such as marketing, IT, web development, eCommerce, planning and third-party partners to drive overall app business.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/merchandising/digital or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 Years experience in a digital commerce / marketing environment, or equivalent combination of training / experience.
  • Possess a team mentality with a strong desire to WIN.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Motivation and energy to fulfill an incredibly engaging digital experience for our customer.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and bring insights to key stakeholders.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proactively solve problems and act like a business owner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Tableau, Adobe Analytics and/or similar systems.
