Reyes Fleet Management is looking to hire a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician B to perform repairs and maintenance on our tractor and trailer equipment at our brand new Martin Brower shop in Philadelphia. (this position will be based out of Coatesville until this shop opens up in October 2025)

Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00am - 11:30am

Pay : $28.00-$32.00/HR based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities: The Fleet Technician focuses on the preventative maintenance of the fleet diesel equipment, identifying root causes of basic failures to perform repairs as needed As the Fleet Technician, you will complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance You will inspect brake systems to ensure that machines are in proper operating condition and make sure that equipment has required licensing and registration You will use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers and perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery You will examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices Other duties as assigned
