Wesley Dentistry is now hiring a Full Time Dental Assistant in Brentwood, TN !
We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.
Schedule : Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Every other Friday 7:00 am - 12 noon

Empathy and patience - Helping nervous or anxious patients feel at ease. Teamwork - Working well with dentists, hygienists, and other staff members. Customer service orientation - Providing a welcoming, positive patient experience. Attention to detail - Accuracy in tasks like charting and sterilization. Manual dexterity - Steady hands and good coordination are critical when assisting in the mouth. Time management - Staying on schedule and handling multiple responsibilities. Adaptability - Flexibility to handle last-minute changes or emergencies. Professionalism - Reliable, ethical, and maintaining confidentiality (HIPAA compliance, etc.). Strong work ethic - Punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to take initiative. Qualifications Active Tennessee dental assistant license Dental Assistant training/school certification 2 or more years of dental assisting clinical experience Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Experience with digital software Excellent interpersonal skills
