Avanti Restaurant Solutions, a successful, privately held, $75M company, is hiring a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate. A Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading and unloading delivery truck and safely driving truck to and from project job sites. Duties and responsibilities performed by the driver are intended to support Avanti Restaurant Solutions installation efforts for regional projects, both chain and contract.

Ability to multi-task Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent customer service attitude Ability to drive a commercial truck safely Day to Day Responsibilities: Operate company box truck to deliver commercial equipment to customer sites Safely load and unload truck using appropriate tools and lifting techniques Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory movement Assist with general warehouse duties, including receiving and staging outbound shipments Ensure vehicle and equipment are kept in clean, working condition Follow all safety procedures and company policies Adapt to changing schedules and work overtime (including weekends) as needed to support business demands. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience in delivery or warehouse operations preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to operate pallet jacks or lift equipment (certification a plus) Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. Flexible schedule availability early mornings, late evenings, and weekends

This is a full-time non-exempt position.

Compensation: $23 - $25/ hour Benefits offered: health, dental and vision insurance, matching 401(k), PTO, and company sabbatical
