We have been listed as Best Sports Bar in WA State, voted as one of Seattle's Best Sports Bars and Happy Hours. We are an owner-operated, non-corporate establishment that prides itself on serving a seasonally updated menu, craft beer, whiskey and sports.

This ad is for our WEST SEATTLE location. We are currently looking to hire two full time Day Cooks.

COOK(1) - Must be available Friday, Saturday & Sunday COOK(2) - Must be available Saturday & Sunday Mornings & Monday afternoon/evening. Must be able to cook breakfast items.

Pay $23-24hr (to start) plus tip share.

The Ideal candidate must be able to;

Must be 21 years of age. Open the restaurant and setup/prep kitchen for service.

Demonstrate ability to complete prep list and communicate prep to other staff menu as needed.

Able to work on prep as well as cook menu items as ordered according to recipe spec.

Show a minimum of 2 years of relatively recent restaurant experience in a cook position and have a current WA Health Card.

Must be available to work all days listed for the applied position.

Communicate items needed to be ordered with Kitchen Manager and Chef as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.

Follow recipe standards for cooking and plating for service.

Work well under pressure and as a team, while maintaining safe practices and standards.

Set-up line at start of shift and re-stock/breakdown at the end of shift.

Leave a clean kitchen at the end of shift.
