Job Title: Data Entry/Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: The Data Entry/Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately entering and managing data while providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Enter and update data into internal systems and databases with speed and accuracy
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize records.
- Review and correct errors in data entries.
- Assist with generating reports and compiling data as needed.
- Collaborate with all departments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of produce varieties and wholesale operations is a plus.
