Customer Success Representative for Pest Control Office
$2,000 HIRING BONUS!
($1,000 at time of hire, $500 at 90 days, and $500 at 180 days)

Who We Need:
We’re growing fast and looking for a Customer Success Representative who thrives in a team-based, in-office customer support environment. This position is best suited for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, managing a high volume of calls, and solving customer problems—even when the solution requires input from coworkers or other departments.
The right candidate will:
Comfortably manage 25–50+ inbound and outbound calls per day
Show empathy, patience, and professionalism in every customer interaction
Know when to ask for help, collaborate with teammates, and follow up to ensure no issue falls through the cracks
Be detail-oriented in documenting calls using CRM systems
Enjoy working on-site with others in a fast-paced, supportive office setting

CRM software (e.g., PestPac, Salesforce, or equivalent)
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Data entry and documentation
Phone system software (e.g., VoIP, call center platforms)
Sales and Business Support
Upselling and cross-selling
Account receivable collections
Objection handling
Performance tracking and metrics
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Every other Saturday:
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (April – October)
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (November – March)
What You Get as a Customer Success Representative:
Compensation: $45K–$55K annually (includes hourly, commissions, and overtime)
$22–$25/hour (based on experience)
10% commission on accounts saved
5% commission on accounts receivable collected
Overtime opportunities (typically 5+ hours/week)

Requirements:
18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to work on-site at our office
