WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Previous experience in retail, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to service WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner Assist customers in selecting appropriate medical supplies and products based on their needs Provide detailed information about product features, and usage instructions Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system Handle cash, credit card, and insurance payments securely and in compliance with company policies Ensure that shelves and displays are clean, tidy, and well-maintained LOCATION & SCHEDULE: 13450 Farmington Rd, Livonia, MI 48150 Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
