Averhealth is seeking a people-focused Customer Service Specialist, located in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions.
Use ticketing systems to manage and track customer interactions.
Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring satisfaction and support throughout the customer journey.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
Obtain a working knowledge of our proprietary software, Aversys, to resolve customer inquiries.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal.
Experience with help desk software ( Freshdesk, Zendesk).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and a desire to help.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE HS Diploma.
Minimum one year experience in customer facing position.
