This is a vital role in enhancing our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Your ability to promptly address any customer concerns will be key to ensuring maximum satisfaction, while you stay informed about product features and maintain high-quality visual standards in the store. Achieving outstanding customer service while meeting the store's sales objectives is crucial. The selected candidate will work at Store #3206, located at: 1242 14th Ave. E - West Fargo, ND 58078. This is a full-time role. Key responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service to foster high levels of customer satisfaction. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone to determine their needs and present appropriate products. Building trustful relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies. Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining organized work order files and formulas. Retrieving the right products from shelves or the warehouse as needed. Mixing and tinting products to meet customer specifications. Stocking shelves and setting up appealing displays. Ensuring store equipment is clean and in good working order. Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries when necessary. Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Staying knowledgeable about products and discussing available options with customers. Complying with inventory control protocols. Suggesting improvements to enhance overall sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, if required. Completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current position if internal to Sherwin-Williams. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Prior experience with selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
