Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist and play a crucial role in the success of our retail operations. As a specialist, you will connect with both wholesale and retail customers, identifying their needs, answering inquiries about our Sherwin-Williams products, and providing tailored solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction while maintaining the high standards of our store's appearance and product quality. In this dynamic role, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service to help achieve our sales goals. Assist customers in store and over the phone, guiding them to the right products and services. Build and nurture trusting relationships with our customers. Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies. Maintain organized work order files and ensure proper inventory controls. Tint and mix paints to meet customer specifications. Help maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment. Stock shelves and set up engaging product displays. Participate in deliveries and assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks as needed. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to better inform customers. Contribute ideas to enhance sales strategies. This position will require work at Store #1875, located at 445 Center Street, Auburn, ME, or 705731 1168 Lisbon Street, Lewiston, ME, with flexibility to travel to nearby stores within a 15-mile radius. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience in selling paint or paint-related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is a plus.
