As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience by warmly greeting our guests and ensuring our stores are well-stocked, clean, and organized. You will support the daily operations alongside the management team and gain valuable experience through cross-training in various store areas. Interested in career growth? Your Key Responsibilities:
Greet every guest with a friendly welcome and a smile, as we take pride in our exceptional customer service!
Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Brew coffee and replenish shelves, coolers, and freezers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store by working as a cohesive team.

Requirements:
Minimum Education: N/A
Preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience: N/A
Preferred Experience: 3-6 months in retail or guest service environments
Preferred Certifications: ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus, but not mandatory
Soft Skills:
Comfortable engaging with guests and team members
High energy and enthusiasm
Able to transition quickly between tasks
Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others
Basic computer skills are helpful
Scheduling: This position can be part-time (up to 29 hours) or full-time (30-40 hours), with varied hours including day and night shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds, and stand/walk for 8 hours daily. Duties involve reaching overhead, bending, squatting, twisting, and working in cooler temperatures.
