Compensation Pay Range: $16.66 - $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual and quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums based on specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, or season. The Customer Service Retail Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and assisting in maintaining exceptional sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position also entails managing shifts in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply! ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee customer service levels in the retail showroom, ensuring adherence to outlined customer service programs. Ensure prompt answering of phone calls in accordance with company policy. Process online orders efficiently and communicate with customers regarding shipment arrivals. Manage special orders and returns, ensuring a friendly and efficient customer experience. Instruct team members on merchandise invoicing before it leaves the store. Delegate and monitor completion of merchandising tasks and store communications. Ensure adherence to scheduled shifts and company policy regarding timekeeping. Perform store opening and closing duties, including financial reconciliation and security protocols. Complete any other assigned tasks as needed. SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES: Required: Strong communication skills and willingness to obtain RSS Certification. Desired: Retail sales experience, particularly in the auto parts sector, knowledge of automotive systems and repair, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
