Job Functions: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding items, answering questions, and meeting their needs. Efficiently balance cash registers, process transactions, and suggest additional sales opportunities while complying with all applicable laws. Maintain high food safety standards for our fresh food and deli offerings through various methods and technologies. Keep your work area and the entire store clean, including sales floors, restrooms, showers, and gas/diesel pumps. Participate in cross-training for other areas such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and potential leadership roles. Be prepared to lift 25+ pounds and work in diverse temperature conditions.
