Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $22.50/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of inventory, order management, quality assurance, and timely shipments. Manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide timely feedback for service concerns. Direct workflow and priorities across Traffic, IT, and Operations to ensure positive outcomes. Handle billing, collections, and crisis situations while maintaining professionalism with customers. Build strong customer relationships, gather feedback, and ensure long-term problem resolution. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Good computer skills (Microsoft Office operations)
