We are seeking a motivated individual to fill a Customer Service Representative position with a leading distribution company in Pomona, CA.
Schedule: 7:00am - 4:30pm Pay: $20 per hour
Key Responsibilities: This role involves handling data entry, answering customer calls, generating invoices and delivery receipts, and processing billing with adjustments as needed. Responsibilities include coordinating daily pick-ups, scheduling store deliveries, manifesting truckloads, and resolving customer complaints via phone or email. The position also supports dispatch inquiries, account questions, and other requests while fostering teamwork, adaptability, and excellent client service.
Qualifications:
