And we do it all with heart, each and every day. This role will perform inbound and outbound calls to members that need help in finding local community resources to meet their social needs. There is a strong preference for finding candidates that have lived or cared for someone with similar experiences of our members. Required Qualifications: 1+ years of customer service or service industry related experience with proven customer service skills. 1+ years of experience in a call center setting. Previous experience with Medicaid. Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency, multi-tasking between online applications, and multiple screens. Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, folders). Ability to provide a designated workspace free from noise and other distractions with high speed internet and the ability to hardwire via ethernet from cable modem to PC. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community resource navigation to assist with Medicaid needs. Previous experience with social services. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Active listening proficiency. Ability to be receptive to feedback and to embrace continuous improvement. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to display empathy towards customers' needs and concerns. Desire to contribute to building a positive team spirit. Bilingual preferred and must be able to pass language certification, if bilingual. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $34.15 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
