We are seeking a motivated individual to fill a Customer Service Representative position with a leading distribution company in Pomona, CA.
Schedule: 7:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: $20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves handling data entry, answering customer calls, generating invoices and delivery receipts, and processing billing with adjustments as needed. Responsibilities include coordinating daily pick-ups, scheduling store deliveries, manifesting truckloads, and resolving customer complaints via phone or email. The position also supports dispatch inquiries, account questions, and other requests while fostering teamwork, adaptability, and excellent client service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; 6–12 months of transportation/warehousing experience preferred
Must have one year of data entry warehouse experience and billing processing experience
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in typing, 10-key, MS Word, and MS Excel; AS400 experience a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow procedures with minimal supervision
Strong research/analytical skills and flexibility with work schedule
