Customer Service Representative Schedule: Must be available daily between 5:00 AM 10:00 PM Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our healthcare-focused call center team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls and follow-up communications, providing support on prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential patient information. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and conduct follow-up calls with professionalism and empathy Provide accurate information regarding healthcare programs and prior authorizations Maintain high standards of customer service and attention to detail Accurately enter and update data across multiple systems Handle 50100 calls per day depending on complexity Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 23 years) Stable work history (no jumpy resumes; tenure of at least 1 year per role) Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or PBM environments preferred Assessment Requirements: Candidates must complete the following IKM assessments: Typing Test One Space Version (1 min): Minimum 30 WPM Call Center Telephone Skills: Minimum score of 75% Experience Level: Entry Level Ideal for candidates looking to grow within the healthcare customer service field.
