Total compensation pay range $20 - $21hr

Shift Days and Hours – Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 5:00pm

WHO YOU ARE: You are eager to provide top tier customer service support in a manufacturing environment. Customer service experience within the industrial related, glass and aluminum, or building materials industry preferred. Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Receives telephone and fax request for price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers.

Answers customer’s technical questions regarding products and services.

Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.

Data Entry – Take and enter customer request in a timely and efficient manner

Perform other related duties and provide back-up support to other group members as assigned by management.

Handles or refers complaints of product or service failure to the appropriate department for investigation.

Assists in proofreading entered orders and ensures that the correct codes are being applied prior to final confirmation.

SKILLS YOU BRING:

High School Diploma or equivalent

2-5 Years Customer service experience

Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite

Preferred but not required, CSR experience in the glass, construction, or manufacturing industries

Listening skills and data collection with attention to detail are essential.

Ability to calculate discounts, fractions, percentages, area circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
