Leveraging knowledge of One Medical to carefully pair patients with medical providers, resulting in long lasting relationships.
Assisting patients with navigating the intricacies of their insurance so they feel ready to take on their healthcare journey

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
At least 2 years of healthcare call center customer service experience OR 3 years of regular call center customer service experience
Preference for retention, enrollment advisors, or escalations reps.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward thinking perspective when under pressure, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges
Proven ability to display confidence and instill trust when communicating with members while delivering individualized, human-centered, customer-focused care
Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously
