Customer Service Representative

Staffmark is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a healthcare client in Columbia, TN. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers, resolve inquiries, and support claims-related questions.
Pay: style="color: #0e101a; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;">
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding support for health plan members
Handle incoming/outgoing calls and resolve customer issues professionally
Direct claims-related calls to UMR or Medicare Supplement Claims as needed
Document inquiries accurately in the Facets System
Identify and report system issues
Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Support billing inquiries
Work overtime as needed
Set and achieve career development goals annually
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
