As an integral part of our team, your journey begins with a comprehensive 2-3 week training program covering:

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding their needs, fostering open communication, and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Engage with customers in residential settings daily, embodying the highest levels of courtesy, professionalism, and empathy.
- Process new sales orders, manage account upgrades, and skillfully handle customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our offerings and stay updated on industry developments.
- Participate in daily training sessions, virtual networking opportunities, and conference calls to enhance customer satisfaction, refine sales techniques, and streamline technical support.
- Potentially contribute to onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees based on your achievements and reputation within our organization and among clients.
