What You'll Be Doing: Greeting clients (both two- and four-legged) with warmth and positivity Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and keeping our days running smoothly Assisting with client communications, records, and payments Being the calm in the chaos-because pets don't always read the schedule Supporting our doctors and technicians by keeping the front desk efficient and welcoming

What We're Looking For: •A people-person who loves animals •Strong multitasking skills (bonus if you can pet a dog and type at the same time) •Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented •Previous veterinary experience required
