About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Assist customers with orders, returns, and account issues. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Uphold company values by delivering a positive, professional, and supportive experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus). Strong communication and active listening skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or similar). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
