As our Customer Service Representative , you will support our operations by processing orders accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to customers and collaborating with warehouse teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
What You'll Do Process customer orders received through various channels accurately and efficiently. Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness, following up promptly on any discrepancies. Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and manage inventory status or special requirements. Manage heavy email and phone call volume professionally and efficiently, following up with customers timely. Regularly audit systems and reports to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with the team and independently as needed. What You Bring to the Pak Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; 1 year in logistics; and 1 year of data entry. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail; ability to handle a fast-paced work environment. Technical: Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word). Physical Requirements Ability to work in office environments within warehouse settings as required. Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
This pay range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the starting hourly compensation for this role at the time of posting. The actual rate will be determined based on a combination of factors including experience, qualifications, work location, and internal pay alignment, in accordance with applicable laws.
