Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Maintain precise records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $42,800.00 per year
