ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our legacy office opened on January 1, 2015, and our second office followed on October 1, 2022. Our team consists of 12 total members. Tenured team members enjoy a 36-hour workweek, with 'Flexible Fridays' and a $2800 health insurance stipend for full-time employees. Additionally, we offer an Annual Incentive Plan, where full-time team members can earn annual bonuses ranging from $2500 to $7500 based on team agency metrics.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Karl Herman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
