ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer client inquiries and provide policy information via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
