JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and cross selling to the customers you are servicing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to customer inquiries in person, via phone, and by email in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes Assist customers with policy renewals, changes, and cancellations Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products and services Update customer records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information Meet or exceed established customer service goals and performance metrics QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed in Property and Casualty or must be able to get licensed quickly Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs. Compensation: $35,360.00 - $120,000.00 per year
