Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The right candidate will be friendly, organized, and eager to grow within the insurance and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients via phone, email, and in person • Handle billing questions, policy changes, and service requests • Process payments and maintain accurate customer records • Support licensed agents with policy reviews and follow-up tasks • Deliver exceptional customer service that builds long-term relationships • Identify opportunities to refer clients for additional coverages or financial services

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving and organizational skills • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems) • Prior customer service experience preferred • Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
