ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Team Member with the Steve Boyle Insurance Agency, Inc., you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
State Farm Agent, Steve Boyle has been servicing State Farm customers for 33 years. Steve currently has a team of professional, dedicated and experienced representatives, with combined 60 years in the insurance industry. Steve is looking to expand his customer service and sales team with individuals looking for a career in helping people manage the risk of their everyday life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance premium payments.
- Call to set appointment with customers and prospects.
- Gather and call on customer referrals
- Outgoing and Incoming service and sales phone calls.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual candidate preferred
