ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Since opening in February 2012, our agency has built a strong reputation for teamwork, success, and a fun, energetic work environment. With a team of four full-time and two part-time members, we believe in working hard, supporting one another, and celebrating our wins. Born and raised in Cobb County, I attended Harrison High School before earning my bachelors in business and finance from Kennesaw State University. Outside of work, I love attending Braves games, trying new restaurants, and spending time on the water. I also stay involved in the community, sponsoring my nephews high school football team and participating in a local BMI group that gives back. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Cheshire - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
