ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lori Long - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in the Rancho Bernardo/4S Ranch area.
Our office is open Monday- Friday from 9am to 5pm and after hours by appointment.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
I am a proud graduate of San Diego State University.
