As a State Farm Agent Customer Service Representative – Agent Team Member, you’ll be the main point of contact of our agency for all existing and prospective clients. You’ll assist all clients in finding the right insurance products and build long lasting relationships. Your attention to detail, people skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service

Assisting in policy renewals and updates

Learning the ins and outs of our products

Supporting the team with marketing efforts and community outreach

Develop prospective clients

Participating in ongoing training to develop your sales and service skills

Insurance Licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)  must possess or acquire asap
