RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $16.00 per hour
