ROLE DESCRIPTION:


Join our team!
Seeking a team member that is a multi tasker to handle customer service and sales for existing and new clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer incoming calls for customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Cross sell other lines of insurance within our book of business
  • Provide quotes and move to close for new clients
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Personal Lines/Property and Casualty License is a plus - will assist for the right candidate to obtain
SALARY: BASE $45,000 - $50,000 plus incentives with potential up to $5000 increase in first 6 months

Annual base salary reviews in January.
