ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Anthony Quillian - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a great fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist with new customer onboarding, forms, underwriting, and policy issuance.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and agent.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-1pm (flexible daily scheduling)
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
