ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a team member that is a multi tasker to handle customer service and sales for existing and new clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming calls for customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
Cross sell other lines of insurance within our book of business
Provide quotes and move to close for new clients
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Personal Lines/Property and Casualty License is a plus - will assist for the right candidate to obtain
SALARY: BASE $45,000 - $50,000 plus incentives with potential up to $5000 increase in first 6 months
Annual base salary reviews in January.
