ABOUT THE AGENT AND AGENCY Hello, my name is Wade Au. I grew up in South Dakota where I met my wife Kavita. RESPONSIBILITIES Reach out to new prospects and convert them into clients.
Take great care of the client from beginning to end with every interaction.
Add value by getting to know the client, understand their needs and goals, and solve their problems with our insurance products.
Work in a team environment to meet daily production goals and complete tasks with assigned due dates.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Be a self starter and maintain a high level of activity with little supervision, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
Look for other sales opportunities and set appointments for self or team mates.
REQUIREMENTS 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
Must be able to contact and reach new clients through phone, emails, text, or in person.
Must be competitive and a self starter with little supervision.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
People-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Detail oriented.
Must understand State Farm's current systems and processes.
Property and Casualty license must be obtainable.
Life and Health license must be obtainable.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
