What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as a trusted resource for existing and prospective clients
  
  
• Answer policy-related inquiries and provide accurate, timely support
  
  
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and claims follow-ups
  
  
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products
  
  
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups
  
  
• Collaborate with the team to meet agency goals and drive growth
