If you know your way around a policy and enjoy making complex coverage simple for clients, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide top-notch service to clients through phone, email, and in-person communication Assist with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and claims support Use your insurance knowledge to clearly explain coverages, terms, and next steps Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation and communication Be proactive in following up with clients, keeping them informed and supported Support the sales team by handling service tasks so they can focus on growth Build long-lasting relationships that turn customers into lifelong clients QUALIFICATIONS: Active insurance license (Property & Casualty required, Life & Health a plus) Excellent communication skills--- friendly, clear, and professional A genuine desire to help others and solve problems Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Confident with technology and agency management systems A team player with a "can-do" attitude and positive energy If you're licensed, customer-focused, and ready to be a part of a team that values integrity and heart---we want to hear from YOU!

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
