ROLE DESCRIPTION: At Jason Marquardt State Farm Insurance Agency, a close-knit, locally owned business in Menomonee Falls, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s passionate about helping people and being part of a team that truly makes a difference. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to customer questions and provide clear policy information

Help customers with updates and changes to their policies

Assist with processing claims and follow up to keep customers informed

Keep accurate records of all customer interactions

Handle billing inquiries with care and attention

Schedule appointments for our agent and account representatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and people skills—friendly and approachable

Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Willingness and ability to earn WI insurance licenses (Property & Casualty)
