ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Amanda Frederick - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Take payments, handle money, and complete the daily bank deposit.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Great phone communication skill and positive energy.
