We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team. The right candidate must have a great attitude, be coachable, and give their best effort each day.

Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services Qualifications Ability to resolve customer issues Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening Pride in getting work done accurately and timely Ability to work in a team environment Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one). Compensation: $49,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
