About the Agent: With over 35 years of experience at State Farm, our team of customer-focused insurance professionals serves all of North Carolina. I graduated from St. Bonaventure University in New York with a B.A and from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York with my MSA. My wife, Jennifer, and I have been living in North Carolina for 12 years and we are thrilled to be raising our family here.

Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
