Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying needs and providing suitable product recommendations. Build and nurture trust-based relationships with customers. Process transactions accurately in accordance with company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Keep accurate records of work orders and formulations. Retrieve and mix products according to customer specifications. Keep the sales floor and product displays organized and appealing. Maintain cleanliness of store equipment and assist with deliveries when necessary. Stay informed about product offerings and availability. Follow inventory control procedures and suggest improvements to sales strategies. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without accommodation. Willingness to work all assigned hours, including evenings and weekends. If you are a current employee, a performance rating of at least meets expectations is required. Completion of all mandatory HR eLearning courses for your current role is necessary for existing employees. Preferred Qualifications: A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. A High School diploma or GED. Experience in retail or customer service, preferably at least one (1) year. Prior experience selling paint and related products.
