candidate should occasionally operate forklift
candidate will have around 5-10 walk-in customers in a week and around 12-15 customer calls in a day.
Automotive , technical background is good to have.
candidate will deal with diesel engines, pumps Equipments.
Candidate will deal with 3 mechanics and with supervisor.
Job has possible OT.
Description:
Manager is rejecting candidates who don't have relevant experience. Specifically, they are not moving forward with those coming from medical backgrounds-Looking for someone with more of a warehouse background, ideally with exposure to the automotive industry and experience handling work orders, shipping, and receiving.
Forklift experience is a plus (not a requirement), but if a candidate has neither automotive/warehouse experience nor forklift exposure, they will not be considered.
This can be a fast-paced role at times, and I'm aiming to find someone who's a strong long-term fit-not just a short-term placement.

Summary:
Support the order and rental process by maintaining accurate records, tracking part availability, and coordinating across sites. This role requires strong initiative, direct communication with the manager, and occasional warehouse access for inspections. Forklift use may be needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person)
Coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns using Rental Results
Track inventory, schedule technicians, and support service orders
Assist with contract updates, billing, and documentation
Collaborate with the branch team to resolve issues and meet customer needs
Compile reports and support shop technicians as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma + 2 years of related experience
Forklift experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Comfortable in both office and warehouse settings, with PPE
